General Manager - James Le Gassick

With over 20 years of experience in the UK and Middle east James is heading the worldwide expansion plans for the More brand. He has a strong background in operations, marketing and franchise development in the food and leisure industry and has managed some of the largest F&B brands in the UAE.

Chief Financial Officer - Sumanth Seshadri

Sumanth has 13 years of experience in the field of financial management with experience at the head office level at large business groups in the Middle East. He holds a post graduate finance degree from the University of Lancaster, an MBA from the University of Cardiff and manages the finance portfolio for More.

Development Chef - Thomas Zuercher

Heading our team of chefs and specializing in international cuisine is Chef Thomas who brings his extensive knowledge of menu development and kitchen management to More. His experience working in 5 star hotels in Switzerland and the US over the past 25 years will add to the international flavor of our menu and brand.
